It’s been five days since Dr. Beyer’s hip replacement surgery and he’s feeling good (besides the recent USC loss). He emphasizes the importance of doing your exercises to help supplement the work of the therapist. Dr. Beyer is doing his exercises a few times a day. He’s increasing the amount he is walking but is still using cane, until his therapist says it’s okay.
One week post surgery Dr. Beyer checks in again to fill us in on his progress. He had therapy this morning and plans to drive around and run errands – getting used to regular activities. His pain is diminishing daily and he’s finding it easier to get in and out of bed.
