HOI Surgery Center Orange Recognized by U.S. News & World Report as Best Ambulatory Surgery Center

Hoag Orthopedic Institute’s Surgery Center in Orange is pleased to announce it has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers for Orthopedics & Spine. The Orange Surgery Center is one of five that HOI operates in southern California.

Ambulatory surgery centers were evaluated based entirely on objective, risk-adjusted measures of their patients’ outcomes, including how successfully they avoided complications, ER visits, unplanned hospitalizations, and other undesirable outcomes. Nearly 5,000 surgery centers were rated and fewer than 15% of those evaluated facilities earned a “High Performing” rating.
